Something seismic has happened in our country this week. It’s impossible not to feel it, and I wouldn’t want to ignore the feelings this shift is evoking. I think it’s fair to say that the energy of this shift also brings more uncertainty. Of course, my mission and that of most people reading this post is to imagine and expect really, really good things that could show up as a result of this energetic event. When I just typed the word energetic rather than political, I got chills, the good kind that always signal some form of connection with Source, my Inner Being, and that it was a good choice.

When I felt what seemed like marching orders to write about this, what arose in me and I’m guessing many others, is that, despite the possibility that the energetic changes may be good, or very good, or even amazing, the way in which this all plays out is a big unknown. Feelings can range from “Yessss!,” to “Whoop Whoop!” to “Cautiously optimistic,” to “Nauseously optimistic,” to “Now it’s going to get even crazier for awhile,” or “Prepare for a shit show before things move in a good direction.”
When things feel very uncertain, even excitement can feel a bit more like anxiety. And, knowing what we know about how energy works and how we create our realities, we know that leaning toward positive expectations amid uncertainty will result in a better outcome for us and others. More people are realizing that our own vibration doesn’t only determine what we create, but can also be helpful and inspiring to the collective and help raise their vibrations.
The inspiration I received this morning suggested that feeling steadier can be achieved by going back to what works, reminding people what works, and expecting things to work out for us. It was suggested in the messages I was receiving that I remind myself and everyone else of The Daily Tool from How to Allow–Using the Law of Attraction to Allow Your Natural Well-Being, a book I wrote some time ago but recently updated. If you’re familiar with that tool, great; I would like to add a couple of updates to that process that cause it to feel even more powerful.
First, I should mention that I continue to use it often, and it ALWAYS results in a positive shift in my vibration. There is something magical about the process. I definitely credit Divine Guidance with helping me to put it out there. I didn’t need to think; I just wrote, and it flowed. Before I published How to Allow, I spoke with a respected channeler and could hardly believe what I heard. The channeled message was all about how much they loved the book, how important it was, and how they would love to sit down next to me and go through it word by word and say, “We love how you said that and that, and how you wrote that.” Wow, just wow.

More recent developments relating to The Daily Tool are hearing from people who have said that it literally saved their lives, that they were considering ending it all before reading the book. Again, wow and thanks. I have also recently heard from a client who shared it with someone with a substance abuse problem. After his rehab, his daily practice is to use The Daily Tool. And he is sober and happily engaged. Again, wow.
One more synchronistic event caught my attention and made me reflect on The Daily Tool. A lot of information has been released recently about how effective and therapeutic the writing process can be. There is tons of online information now about the effects of writing by hand, how we retain more knowledge, and how it positively affects the neural pathways in our brain. I recommend checking out some of that to create even more enthusiasm and confidence about taking the time to use The Daily Tool to write yourself into a better vibration.
As I’ve learned more and more since writing How to Allow, I realize more and more why that tool is so effective. It doesn’t force us to try to cancel a negative thought or thoughts. We deal with them in writing. We also remind ourselves what is working in our lives and is worthy of appreciation. We work with what we already have. And we then move into that state of using our imagination, which is our creative power, to create the faith that what we want has already manifested. And our only job is to line up our energy with what has already been created for us by us.
I plan to use the Daily Tool often to take advantage of the incredible energetic shifts happening right now. I am choosing not to feel nauseously optimistic but to be in alignment with things working out incredibly well for me and for our country. For international readers, that of course includes you, as we are all in this together.

The Daily Tool could be your answer to What Next?

If you would like to collaborate on using what works to make the changes you want in your life and to feel optimistic about what is next, you can schedule an exploratory session with me on this site. I’d be happy to work with you on the Daily Tool or whatever else might help you move forward in the best possible way. I often help my clients to use that writing process until it becomes second nature for them as well.

Thank you susan.
My pleasure!
